I booked a timed appointment, and Lewis arrived on time. On arrival, I advised Lewis of a newly found possible problem with my rather old Baxi Combi-Boiler. Lewis did a full check, identified the cause of the problem, clearly explained everything to me, and serviced the boiler. He will return again soon with the required parts to replace the defective components which are not safety critical. Superb friendly service - faultless.
